We are all very excited at the prospect of having a visitor from author Kyle Mewburn.
Today we looked at all of the books he has written which are in our school library. We know that there are more books, but our library didn't have them today.
We each selected a book to read and review over the coming days.

Welcome to the display centre for 'The Crafty Crew'. We are students who have been invited to participate in an extension writing programme at Lawrence Area School. We all have a passion and natural talent for writing, and range in ages from 7-13 years. Over the coming weeks we will be publishing work onto the blog and we welcome your comments/feedback regarding our writing as our aim is to become even better writers.
How exciting to have Kyle Mewburn visit. I was very excited to read in the ODT that he won an award for his book Hill and Hole. I can't wait to read your posts after his visit!
